What are workflows?
Workflows are follow-ups that run by themselves (Business plan). You choose what starts one, such as a quote is sent or a new lead arrives, then add steps: wait a few days, check something (for example is the deal worth more than R 10 000?), then send an email, add a task, tag a lead or tell someone on your team. Open Workflows in the menu. A workflow can stop by itself when it has done its job, for example when the quote is accepted or the invoice is paid.
