How do I set up a workflow?
The quickest way is a ready-made one: open Workflows, Recipes and press Use this recipe. It is added as a draft, so nothing is sent yet. Open each step to check the wording and the email it uses, press Test with a sample to see what would happen (nothing is sent), then press Switch on. To build your own, press New workflow, choose what starts it and use + Add a step. Emails come from Marketing, Emails. The Run history tab shows every person who went through it and what happened at each step, and you can stop any run that is waiting.
