Who sees which leads?
Sales and managers see only the leads assigned to them. Owners see everyone’s. An owner can tick “see everyone’s leads” on a specific manager. New website leads can go to nobody (the owner assigns them), to one person, or take turns between your Sales people. Set this on the Team page.
