• Where do I see which devices I am signed in on?Open My account , then Sessions and security. You can see your devices and recent sign-ins, choose a shorter auto-lock time, and sign out everywhere else.
• How do I give my staff a login?Open Team (Settings, then Team). Enter their name and email, choose a role and press Send invite. They get an email to choose a password. Only owners can invite, change roles or remove people.
• What can each role do?Owner : everything. Manager : runs day to day (leads, clients, quotes, invoices, payments, reports, bulk tools, deleting) but cannot see banking details, payment keys, security, the team or backups. Sales : works their own leads…
• Who sees which leads?Sales and managers see only the leads assigned to them. Owners see everyone's. An owner can tick "see everyone's leads" on a specific manager. New website leads can go to nobody (the owner assigns them), to one person, or take…
• Can staff see anything outside the dashboard?No. Team members only get the dashboard, and only the parts their role allows.
• Someone left the company.Open the Team page and press Remove on their row. Their login is deleted and their leads become unassigned, so you can hand them to someone else.
• Why did the dashboard lock?It locks after a period without activity (15 minutes by default). Enter your password or use your passkey to carry on. Change the time in Settings, Security.
• How do I sign in with Touch ID or Face ID?In Settings, Security, press Add this device and approve with your fingerprint or face. You can then use the passkey button on the login screen. You can require a passkey for extra safety, but test it first.
• I lost my device and I am locked out.Your WordPress admin still works with your password. Add this line to wp-config.php to switch the passkey requirement off: define( 'SQI_DISABLE_PASSKEY_REQUIRED', true );
• How is Settings organised?Settings opens a home page with a card for each topic, such as Business, Payments or Client portal, and a search box. Open a topic to see only its settings. Each topic saves on its own, and a bar appears when you have unsaved changes.
• How do I find a setting quickly?Type a word into the search box on Settings, for example VAT or signature , and choose a result to jump straight to it.
• How do I back up my data?Open Backup and restore and download the backup file. Do this regularly, and before big changes. It contains your clients, documents, payments, leads and settings. It does not include your logo or payment keys.
