How do I move to another website or hosting?
Open Settings, Backup and restore, Move this account and download the move package. Install the plugin on the new site, create logins for your team using the same email addresses, then open Move this account there and upload the package. It brings your clients, documents, payments, leads, projects, tasks, expenses, settings, logo and receipts. Team logins, passkeys, client portal sign-ins and the lead capture address are not carried, so point your website forms at the new address.
