Let clients see, sign and pay on their own.

• Set up the client portalThe client portal is a private page where each client sees only their own quotes, invoices and statement. They sign in with an emailed link, so there are no passwords to forget.
• Let clients sign quotes and pay a depositA deposit confirms the job and protects your time. This guide shows how to ask for a deposit, offer a discount, and let your client sign and pay.
• What is the client portal?A private page where a client signs in with an emailed link and sees only their own invoices, quotes and statement. They can accept and sign quotes and pay invoices. There are no passwords to forget.
• How do I invite a client?Open the client, find the Client portal box and press Send portal invite . They need an email address saved on their profile. You can also tell clients to open the portal address and enter their email.
• How do I see what a client sees?On the client's Client portal box use Preview as this client . Buttons that change anything are switched off in a preview.
• A client cannot get in.Check their email address on the client profile matches the one they use, and that access has not been revoked. Sign-in links work once and last 15 minutes, so ask them to request a new one. You can Revoke or Restore access at any time.
