- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To provide the services you ask for, and to manage our relationship with you.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure business website.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and messaging providers, and only as needed for those services. Some providers may store data outside South Africa; where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required by law to keep it.

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
