Import your clients and capture website leads
Bring your existing clients in once, then make sure every website enquiry lands in the dashboard from now on.
Part 1: import your clients
- Open Clients and press Import.
- Download the template and fill it in with your list.
- Upload it. You see a preview before anything is saved.
- Confirm, and your clients are added.

Tip: To edit many clients in Excel, press Export all, change the cells, and import again with Update existing clients.
Part 2: capture website leads
If your website is on WordPress, the free Lead Bridge plugin sends every form enquiry to your dashboard. It works with Contact Form 7, Elementor forms, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms and MetForm.
- Open the Lead capture page (owners only).
- Download the Lead Bridge plugin and install it on your website.
- Paste in your private address from the Lead capture page.
- Press Send a test lead and check it arrives.
How you know it is working
- Each connected website shows as Live, Waiting, Needs attention or Silent, with how long ago it last checked in.
- The Lead Bridge keeps its own copy of every enquiry and tries again until it reaches the dashboard, so a short outage does not lose a lead.
- Press Check now to ask a website to report in straight away.
- A New lead pop-up appears on whichever page you have open.
Other form tools
Any other tool, such as Zapier or Make, can post to the same private address.
Work the lead
Leads land on a drag-and-drop board. Drag a card to move it along. Add a follow-up date and note, and when the deal is won press Convert to client.
Note: Every submission, including any that were turned away and why, is listed on the Lead capture page. You can be told if no lead arrives for a number of days you choose.
