Something is wrong

Quick checks when something does not work.

• Where do I start?Open System health . It checks email, the daily job, the database and your payment settings in plain language and tells you what to fix.
• Emails are not arriving.Open System health and use Send a test email to me . If it fails or lands in spam, install an email delivery plugin such as WP Mail SMTP and connect it to your email provider. Emails sent straight from a web host are often filtered.
• A website form is not creating leads.Check that the form is a MetForm form and that you submitted it once as a test. If you filtered by form ID in Settings, make sure the ID is listed. System health shows whether MetForm is detected and when the last lead arrived.
• Recurring invoices or reminders did not go out.They run from a daily job. System health shows when it last ran. If it has not run, ask your host to set up a real server cron job for wp-cron.php.
• The page went blank or shows an error.Reload once. If it comes back, open System health and look at "Last error", then send it to your developer.
